SteadyCam/App issues

I've been trying to use the Steadycam since I got my Q500 4K a few months ago. I've deleted and reinstalled the app like 5 times at this point. I can connect to its' wifi, the app shows it's connected (ios app)...But the screen never comes up with a video feed, so I can't engage the camera to actually shoot. All it ever says is "Please waiting" (lol).

Any ideas?

Make sure you have new batteries in the Steady Cam. A week power supply can cause the video to drop out.
Just a thought... Others will have more thoughts too.

I was having troubles with using the old CH02 app, I downloaded the CG04 app and everything works good now. That is on a Iphone6.

Try this hopefully it works for you
 
Many times, depending on the device you are using to view, you will need to seek out an older version of the app APK file.
With several devices, the current version does not work... it's very much a hit or miss situation.

How much more flight time will I get on 7500 battery compared to battery that come with it
