Trouble viewing the file saved on the micro SD card.

What version of Windows. Look for a CODEC PACK. Personally, I use VLC, Videolan. It hasn't failed me yet, even when Windows Media Player has.

VLC player is a free download. It is for viewing and not for editing.

Are you trying to open mp4, jpg or dng????

As Steve stated, VLC, while it odes have some advanced features for editing, is really for viewing files.

Is it upto date? My player wouldn't recognise until i updated it.
