Troubles after new firmware

My landing gear would not retract after the firmware update. Only one leg would move about 1/2 inch. The other would not move at all. After putting a little pressure on the legs I got it to function again. Never had that happen before.

Some early Yuneec created "birds" such as the Blade QX350 used to give you two options when doing an Accelerometer Calibration. The "static" one is good enough. For super accuracy you could actually fly it and base it off of how it flew in your area...

I don't think or remember the Q500 having that option requirement...

Then what are they talking about in the manual ?:

ACCELEROMETER CALIBRATION
STEP 1) Place the TYPHOON H on a level and stable surface. Switch on
the ST16 Ground Station and the aircraft and wait till the RC and WiFi
connected.
STEP 2) Make sure the FLIGHT MODE switch is in the middle position.
Tap the GPS Calibration button, switch off GPS and choose 'ACCELEROMETER'.
STPE 3) When the main LED indicator blinks red , green and blue
slowly, hold the motor start/stop button to start the motor, then the
main LED indicator will blink red, green and blue rapidly. Push the
throttle joystick gently above the middle position to take off the
aircraft. Meanwhile, keep the aircraft hovering manually
until the main
LED indica tor blink s r ed, gr een and blue slowly again.
STEP 4) Landing the aircraft and hold the motor start/stop button to
stop the motors, the copter will restart automatically. You will recognize
the this when you he ar the r aising tone.

Hey guys. First of all, made maiden flight and all was perfect ! Thanks for all your advices and help.
Tried landing gear up and first time I tried happend like Pharkas said, only one leg slightly moved but nothing. Then I tried again and it went fine. Tried 4-5 times afterwards and all was fine.

For about accelerometer, it is in manual V1.3, downloaded from official website for Europe (Germany).

In what manual ?
The last manual release is not 1.1 ?

Sorry for my info. It was only a few weeks ago that v1.3 was full of wrong info - perhaps that has been corrected. Yuneec UK still promotes v1.1 as does Yuneec USA.

In the same ZIP package French , Italian and Spanihs languages manual is in version 1.0, but english is 1.3.
They should be really carefull with this because if we do something wrong per manual instructions, then they will be the one paying for this.
Whenever new firmware is released with new features, there should be manual for this features. I don't see anywhere official instructions on this new features.

I do not mean to throw doubt on v1.3 but there are lots of posts scattered around that highlight incorrect information in v.1.3 - it may be in Team section? Compare the two versions.

Yuneec is revolutionizing their own sites, for which the documents are no longer found.
Just released firmware September 1, the documents were at the link below:

whats new (eng)

Now the link does not work anymore, but I have the documents.

That issue can often be taken care of by rebinding.
