Hi guys ok finally got my new H batteries charged and waiting on the controller but as I was looking at things in my bag that come with the H I found this antenna so what's the difference between the mushroom and this square antenna

The square is the patch antenna and is directional so it must be pointed toward the drone.
The Mushroom is the omni antenna and is strongest when it's perpendicular to the drone, i.e. the weakest signal is the top of the mushroom.

Yes, the search facility in this forum is very good for finding info if you use good key search phrases, but is sadly underused.
