Typhoon H video problems

Hi all

I was out doing video yesterday and took about 12 different videos when I got home that evening and took the sd card from the drone videos 1 to 6 and 10 to 12 where ok but videos 7 to 9 are there but will not open no setting where changed true out the day I took the sd card from the controller and it’s not working ??‍ the computer does not see it and then I tryed to with the controller to the laptop with the usb lead but could not find any video files but when I go in the gallery on the controller I can see all the videos there now a bit glitchy but they are there

Any help would really be appreciated

The videos are recorded on the sd card in the camera. The card must be rated at U3 for video to record properly.
There is a low resolution archive of the video stored on the controllers internal storage but it is not usable for anything other than reference.

What card are you using in the camera?
Did you stop the recording before shutting off the aircraft?

Yes all videos are stoped before shutdown it’s a 32g sd card

An you read the name on the card? Is there a U with a number inside the U? It will be very tiny.

I suspect that card is not up to the task of recording video. The lack of any speed rating is a clue.
I suggest you find a card that has a rating of U3 and your problem with recording will be fixed.
