upgrade failed aircraft type can't be retrieved

just completed the binding of my camera and TH. When I selected update for the H I got a message "upgrade failed aircraft type can't be retrieved" Also tried to update via WIFI and got the same message.
Any idea where to go from here?

Thanks. I found the clip and did that. Got it back and it took three more tries to finally get the firmware installed.

Glad to hear it seems to be working now. Since this was a firmware update, on your first flight be sure to let the H sit for 13 minutes with motors off after it's booted up. This will give the GPS sufficient time to re-establish and an exact fix.

Better yet, being at the beginning if ownership, take it outside, set it in s table, and use up a battery learning all the camera functions. You get the GPS"almanac" and learn your camera at the same time.
