USB Port on RealSnse

Does anyone know what the USB port on the side of the RealSense module is used for?

Nothing for the user to deal with at the moment. The only USB port we deal with on the H is on the bottom of the body. There's another on the camera but we don't get into that one either.

Thanks PatR. Maybe we will see firmware updates for the Real Sense at some point.

From what I've been reading they may already be out there in some locations. It could end up such updates would be performed at the Real Sense port. Time will tell.
