I had one of these. One charging pot never worked on arrival, the rest failed after about 2 weeks.

Sorry to hear that.
OTOH, mine has worked perfectly from day one, and has kept 6 batteries in top condition. It also has reconditioning and storage charges. Highly recommended if you’re flying more than 2 batts at a time.
