wifi conection problem of my st16

the st16 is presenting me connection problems when connecting to the wifi I have already tried to connect in different ways without success I think it may be a lost file or a driver that is not in the root folder in order to enable it successfully In addition, none of the analog buttons are working, only the touch screen is working.I already tried to calibrate them but nothing works

What's it showing when you go into Hardware manager?

Not clear understandable what the problem is. Do you mean the connection to camera or the WiFi in Pad-mode?
What do you mean with analog buttons? Sticks and switches or the Android buttons below the screen (+, -, |=|, home, back)?

Can you please explain, what you want to do? Screenshots?

I think Analog he means a physical button or switch/slider you move with your hand, touchscreen would be the same it's something you touch but I suppose you don't move it physically.
