yuneec service

been a month now that i sent in my camera for the second time....no real response ....they keep telling me that they will update me thru email....getting really fed up....i just want them to send me a new replacement camera.....
 
It's really unbelievable. I bought an H to produce some works. I need answer, I need date, I need delay.
I sent email to europe, us and even china 5 days ago. nothing, nada
I'm about to buy a phantom 3 pro (less than 1000 € now) for a temporary repair.
If I don't have answer before the end of the week, I quit.
