Screen layout

Hi there, as been said I'm new here. Got my Typhoon H+ just for a few day, Bought it second hand and I'm impressed.
While searching more info on YouTube I see 2 screen layouts on the ST16. Ques this has something to do with the firmware.
I attached 2 pictures. My screen looks like the one WITHOUT the side menus. Whats the difference and is it worth to update?

Hi and welcome to the forum. I'm somewhat new as well, so take this with a grain of salt.
The remote controller with the overhead shot of trees is the ST16S (the one for your Typhoon H Plus).

The second picture is from ST16 that belongs to Typhoon H (w/o +). It's an older model and not compatible with the H Plus.

As far as I know the H Plus is not compatible with the wizard, only with Q500 and Typhoon H (aka as H480).

Basic control function may work (not tested) because H Plus has also SR24 receiver but nothing related camera and automated flight modes.

When the controller is bound to the H Plus the screen will change to the camera view and the telemetry will be displayed. Have you downloaded the updated user manual? It is written by the members of this forum.
