Yuneec Skins Still in Business

Does anyone know if Yuneec Skins is still in business?

I got a shipping label from him a few months ago. I sent him my drone and camera but haven’t been able to get a hold of him. I’ve tried email and calling him, but no response.

His website is operational and I assume sales are working there so keep attempting contact. He does get very busy at times.

Not to make a fuss, I can understand that John can be busy, but leaving clients without any information for months is not very professional.

In the end it doesn't take too much time to send a message... an email...

This is my point of view... I certainly wouldn't be happy with the service if I was in the user conditions like @South bay pilot

Thank you for the support. I am the last person to post negative information.

Like I said, I paid the $75. Then after a couple of weeks and several emails just to get the shipping label. So I have paid for the service or diagnosis but haven’t been able to get any response. I am out and drone and camera. That’s something that I can not afford to replace. I just don’t have the money.

So at this point I would caution anyone that needs a drone diagnosis to steer clear of Yuneec Skins. Sorry to say.

I sympathize with your plight! I myself would be furious after just a couple of weeks.

Same thing here but I also ordered some tools and a battery on this same order so I am out the drone, my tools and no repair. That was on October 12 , 2024.. No returned calls, no emails, no disposition on my estimate etc., I made 20+calls, emails and one way communications with that annoying "chat bot". I am out over $1,000 bucks because I just bought the drone, plus did some repair part purchases and umpteen hours of technical study and hardware work before I sent it in for repair. Now that I see others have had the same issue, I'm pretty angry and am planning a trip to the Sacramento area next week March (I live in Fresno) to retrieve my stuff and get reimbursed for my unfilled order. I am a licensed Private Investigator so I will be able to find the principals behind this business. I was coming here to say the exact same thing; looking to see if anybody else had an issue. I got a label from John last year. The drone was delivered on Dec. 10. He was quick to respond and take my money for a label, but I haven’t heard from him after multiple attempts. I work for a company that Is going to force me to file a police report soon. Don’t want to do that. Anyone that has direct communication with him, please put a bug in his ear.
 
So, now I feel like a tool. Saw the posts about John passing away right after my comment. Hoping the best for his loved ones.

Edit: I sent his YP account Yuneec Skins a direct message. Will report if I hear anything.
