Looking at the response from people with spares issues the reply always comes back try "Yuneec Skins", I have tried sometime ago and to date no response.

I know he's been very busy, its tough bein a one man show, but its not an excuse ? Hopefully he's not getting burnt out, might be time to add to the team ? Try calling him, he usually answers...

Gents this is not a complaint, just to make you aware that could be an issue ref your website meaning that I have sent a message via the contact form on the website of Yuneec Skins.
