I recently bought a Yuneec Q500+ 4k from Amazon and i accidentally broke the camera while unboxing the Quadcopter from its case. Then i contacted Amazon customer service immediately and explained what happened and they immediately sent me a replacement and returned the broken Quadcopter.

Lol i have not even flew the thing yet i was just updating the firmware and accidentally dropped it.

I'm an amazon prime member and if they doubled the cost of prime, It would still be worth it considering all you get with the movies, music, e-books, and of course the free shipping and returns.

I ordered my 4K from Amazon. Glad I did. Longest 3 days of waiting EVER! I'd prefer to have supported a local hobby shop, but none are around here Though there is a Best Buy. After reading many horror stories about getting 4K's from BB, I'm REALLY glad I used my prime membership for this purchase. Love Amazon and Yuneec's 4K.
