No, there is no SDK for Yuneec copters. If you want to create an app, you may try my SDK: denis_loh / CGOCameraLibrary — Bitbucket

It also describes the API of the CGO cameras. However, for safety reasons I haven't try to hack the controller API

Yuneec will launch a software developer kit (SDK) platform in Q2 of 2017. The SDK platform allows third-parties to develop value-added applications and services on the H520 platform for a variety of industries and commercial markets.

They are talking about the H520 on that page so it makes sense to mention the model name, but it could also mean that the SDK is limited to developing applications for the H520. We'll have to see what they announce.
