Battery/fast drain Q500

Hello everyone, I'm having battery issues with both my Q500's! Within 3-4 minutes of powering on and taking flight controllers signal warning low battery and vibrating land immediately. I believe battery reads at or about 12.2- 12.4 at take off then few minutes later warning starts and battery showing about 10.5 and after landing battery comes up to around 11.2v or so! Now I figured it was the battery's were getting old and so I ordered new batteries with plans of actually getting some great flights and pic and such. But even with new battery's both of them do the same thing! Any thoughts on this problem? Thanks fellow Pilots

Sounds like new batteries have also defect cells. Do you have a good charger that can read internal resistance of all cells? Can you show us the flight logs from both, old and new batteries?

I only have the chargers that came with them from yuneec. I will get logs and post them asap!
