Hi! Can anyone explain to me why my B6 V2 balance charger and 3 other battery check controler shows that there is only 3 sells in my battery. My ST 16 shows that there is 14,6 volt in the battery. When i bought my copter it says the same so i returned it and I have got a new battery from Yuneec. It is the same only 3 sells. I dont understand this. Thank you

Check the contacts on the battery, is there any damage or terminal missing? It could be a faulty charger cable too.

Could be the charger, too. The B6 is at the bottom of the quality barrel. But they ARE cheap.

Out of curiosity... which aircraft do you fly? If you fly the Q500, there are only 3 cells in that battery.

Use a multimeter and measure the voltage for each cell and report your results. Do not accidentally short the leads while connecting to the battery contacts. Each cell should be between 3.2 and 4.2VDC, and not differ by more than 0.1V.

An inexpensive checker for at home and when out to check your batteries, just plug your balance lead into the bottom plug and it gives a indication of cell voltages.difference between cells and overall voltage.
