So I got my q500 a year ago and the battery that came with it was swollen after the first use, seems to hold less and less of a charge every single use.. now it reads 12.0 charge... start flying and it drops to 10.0 charge and starts giving me warnings.. do any of you know how to get this replaced by Yuneec? It seems kinda messed up to have to go buy a new battery that was clearly broken from the beginning

If it is more than a year old, I doubt it.
Being swollen it is dangerous to use/charge and just have around. I would google for the safe way to fully discharge it to zero.
Give Yuneec a call tomorrow, maybe you will get lucky, your only out a phone call.
