Best low light settings for Camera.

What are the best camera settings for low light - on the H? I do a lot of night or dusk flying in the desert. Knowing that the camera has adjustable settings I'm looking for the ideal settings ISO, etc.

I haven't done much night flying with the H but what i have done gave me better results pulling screen grabs from 4k video using the night setting. CaptainDrone has done a lot more in this area. Perhaps send him a private message for more info?
