Best setup for my budget?

So, I have about $10,000 to spend on the best drone photography system possible. I'm pretty set on the Tornado, but everything else is really up in the air. I've read about the GB603 Gimbal and the GH4 camera, but I've found it difficult to get information on FPV goggles and the ability to live stream to a laptop or TV.

What should I be looking for? Like I said, I'm trying to keep the entire setup around 10 grand or less

You could buy 10 Typhoon H's and 10 extra batteries for 10k, if you want it for professional photography, for 10k you can get a DJI Matrix or something on the line for 6k set up nice and fly with your own camera attached of $1-2 k
