On the legs near the camera open the gear and leave it attached to the leg. Use a small thin flat blade screwdriver to gently pry off the inside cover to expose the small circuit board and wire.

Now gently pry the circuit board antenna from its cradle in the landing gear. Next you turn the gear 1/8 turn ccw and lift from the arm. Gently feed the wire through the slot in the landing gear. Reverse procedure to install.

Hope this helps.

It is an antenna for the WiFi. There is one in each front leg. You have to be very careful of the wire and the circuit board when replacing either front landing gear.
