Breeze Cam no control

I have a 4k Breeze Cam that after a fall I lost control over my cell phone.

I can get Wi-Fi signal on my cell phone and PC.

But not camera and GPS signal.

I've already done the hard reset.

I've already updated the firmware to the unzipped American firmware and nothing.

Do you have another firmware or other suggestion to solve my problem?

Are you using iOS or Android for your phone.

What height did the Breeze fall from and what external damage did it sustain?

When you connect via WiFi and start the Breeze Cam app what are the conditions of the Status icons on the upper right?

I'm using Android 7.0.

The drone fell from a height of approximately 70 meters and I only had to change the propellers.

When I turn on the drone I hear the beep and the leds change color to red.

I can connect via wi-fi on my cell phone and on my pc I can see the drone folders, but in the app it doesn't connect and the upper icons are gray with no signal

I would suggest taking the Breeze apart and checking all of the connectors as well as the four solder joints for the IRS board that are prone to cracking with hard impacts. There is a guide for this here Breeze Disassembly Guide

I am guessing that there is damage internally. With no video display be sure to check the connector where it plugs into the A9 board.

The GPS and barometer are under the small cover on top of the Breeze.

cant even get the app.its gone and when u call customer support no answer
