For those of us who have a breeze, have known that getting it to connect to our mobile devices can be a pain. I reached our and spoke with customer support and was instructed that whatever device in which I am using as the controller I am to place the device in airplane mode while using the drone. This is due to the data interference with the drones ability to complete the connection . Please let me know if this is of any help.

Turning ON Airplane mode actually turns OFF WiFi on my Samsung Note 2.
No WiFi, no connection, no fly.

But doing that Airplane mode actually helped me solve a problem that I had before. When I first used the Note 2 to fly, it connected to the Breeze just fine but then it got disconnected after 1 or 2 minutes to initiate RTH. I blamed Android. I was wrong.
Now with the Airplane mode OFF then ON, I browsed the options in WiFi setting.

I connected the Note 2 to Breeze, flew up, landed a few times for 8 minutes, Now I can actually fly the Breeze using Note 2, Yeah!
I think the smart network switch being OFF did the trick.
I'm going to tell my folks, they had Samsung Note 3 that had the disconnection problem with the Breeze.
Thanks for the tip with Airplane mode.
