Cam Low light problems

Hi,
when i am without daylight its not possible to make a normal image. Always ghost tracks, whatever setting i try... maybe somebody have a good tip how to fix it. I know its a small sensor and there will be a lot of noise in dark, and its not a Sony A7SII. But this ghosts ? does other users have the same effect...

the setting was 25frames
ISO 800

what i can do against it?
