Camera connection issues

Hello:

I have the Typhoon Q500 4K with the CG03 camera. I had spotty camera connectivity issues with the camera. Then the connection was entirely lost. Like a dummy I performed a factory reset on the controller. When I try to bind the camera, it asks me for a password. Anyone know how I may obtain it?
