I dropped my Q500 and one wire came off the circuit bard and now the camera will not track horizontal. I need a repairman or a new / refurbished GC03 camera.

But first, it would be good to look at the possibility of home repair. You mentioned "the camera will not track horizontal".
Does the camera make any "beep" sounds when powered on?
Does the camera "steady-up" and "point forward" when powered on?
Does the little LED near the camera lens come on? If so, what color does it show?
By the way, it is important that you NOT plug in the pigtail if you have not already done so. Many cameras are actually an easy repair when the wire is first broken, but are destroyed if the pigtail is plugged in before removing or securing the damaged wire.
