I shared a video of the PG&E base camp at 400 ft above ground level and this video was taken at 10:30 a.m. the day the fire started on November 8th from the top of Bloomer Mountain at 3000 ft and I flew the Drone about 200 feet up and the smoke plume is so huge at that point never seen it so bad, just click the link below to get to the video on Dropbox.
