Signal interruption at less than 200 feet

I got my Q500+ from DronePros thru Amazon @ the first week in April. I have had my ST10+ lose signal and video when I flew her from my house at the top of a cul de sac to the entry, no more than 200 feet away. The screen goes black and the pop up on the screen is the same as when I initialize the ST10+. Now the aircraft remains in the air and if I am recording video, i see no interruption on the SD card. The ST10+ will reconnect in approximately 10 to 15 seconds, but I don't like that temporary loss of connection. Have any of you experienced anything like this?

You need call Yuneec. There is definitely a problem with that short range.

Or could be some kind of WiFi Interference if you were flying around houses. Have you tried flying it anywhere else to see if the problem persist. Also which Firmware Version is the ST10+ Controller using?
