Can Breeze Cam run on an Android emulator?

Hello,
I'm trying to make Breeze Cam work on Windows 10 through an Android emulator, Blue Stacks. but I'm not able to configure BlueStacks, because with Breeze Cam inside the BlueStacks emulator, I can't see the network card or wifi on your PC, and therefore I can't connect the Breeze Cam application to the Drone Breeze 4K wifi.
Would anyone have a BlueStacks setup procedure or another Android emulator?
