Yeah, I read the description first:

Then saw the "used".

Report the ad to Amazon as deliberately misleading.

how can 'brand new' be equated to used? It's either brand new, or used. one or the other but not both. Sharp practice.

Someone reported it, it's price changed to $1499

Nope still used at 1400. There were 2 used one was 700 and probably sold. So the other was 1400.

I paid $799.00 at Best buy, it was $999.00 but with rewards card it was 7999. It came with only one battery and did not include back pack or wizard but I'm happy, ordered a battery from Amazon and back pack at more than half the cost.
