Cant access CGO3 settings??

So I am currently using the Chroma 1080p but after an accident that resulted in the camera being busted i decided to get a CGO3 instead of the cgo2. However once i connect it to my st10+ the camera settings will not appear. Is there any way around this?

When you selected the camera did you select CGO3 Pro?
