I am a new mantis q owner. My problem is the fact that I can't bind my phone or the remote control to the drone. I have followed the instructions over and over again. I can control the drone from my phone but not the remote. Please help.

Are you using the quick guide or the full user manual to bind the Mantis Q to the remote?
If you are controlling the drone from your phone it is bound to the phone.

Thank you for your reply. I have used both the quick start and the manual. My phone is a android 9.0. I can't bind it to the remote control
Make sure the cable you use is data capable. Many cables are charge only.
If your phone came with a c USB cable for transferring data to/from a computer, try it to see if you can link the remote, phone, and Mantis. Use the procedure in the full User Manual.

GREAT NEWS GUYS it was the cable. I feel like a idiot. Thank you all for replying and helping me. I am very excited now to start flying. One more thing where do I go to get extra batteries? Thanks again
You can try Best Buy for the batteries. The Mantis batteries are interchangeable between the Q and G models.
