I notice this entry in the logs a few times. "CAUTION: Avionics power low: 4.67 Volt" It's in green, so counts as a 'tip' not and 'attention', but I thought I'd investigate anyway.
A search doesn't turn up anything definitive.
Should I be concerned?

As @Steve Carr said this is nothing to worry about.

Just to explain the issue: The H Plus is based on a PX4 flight controller which usually gets a 4.9V to 5.5V input voltage. Under certain circumstances the voltage can drop a little. The PX4 is designed to work with any voltage between 4.1V to 5.7V. In other words there is nothing to worry about unless the voltage drops even lower.

Don't worry it is pretty reliable. I have a build a quadcopter using the predecessor of the PX4 and it worked perfect. Never had any issues which weren't caused by mistakes I made like flipping the compass module which obviously caused severe problems. But anything like that will not affect you.
