Hi guys,
I am trying to recovering a CGO4 camera for H920, and the gimbals software I need is CGO4_V0 2.33 bin. Appreciated if you could help me. Thanks.
Sincerely
Wesley

my CGO4 is missing gimbals firmware, because it cannot control the movement of CGO4. Thanks.
Do you know the history of drone, camera and controller from first sale to now?
I ask because very few sellers can tell the difference between the CGo4 for the original H920 and the CGo4 for the H920+. Folks (like me) that bought the camera separate from the drone often wind up with the wrong camera and the problem you describe. (Me being one who now has an H920+ drone and an original H920 camera)
If your camera does not have two wires hanging out of the slots under the gimbal box, it is probably a CG04 for H920+.

It's a long story that I have so many H920 and H920+, and I can PM you on that.
there are two antenna wires, and please see the photo of my CGO4 serial numbers.
Vice Versa, is that true the CGO4 with 2 wires only be able combo with H920 not plus? Thanks.

It is to the best of my knowledge. Be aware that some owners may have pushed the wires up into the box just to get them out of sight, so the absence of the visible wires is not conclusive for H920Plus.
It would probably be more accurate to say the original CGo4 gimbal will only respond to an ST24 controller. You can use an ST24/CGo4 on an H920 plus in a "Team Mode" type arrangement by binding the ST24 to the CGo4 for Photographer control of the gimbal/video and binding the ST16 to the H920Plus for Pilot control of the drone. My memory is that you can have video on either controller, but only one at a time. If the video is bound to the pilot controller first, the photographer is blind. Kinda defeats the whole purpose.
It has been a long time since I worked with this. I am charging batteries to see If I am remembering correctly.

I was not aware there was a password inside the CGo4 body. How is that password used?

Is that camera for the original H920 or is it for the H920Plus?

I have been with Yuneec from the very beginning.
When the Typhoon H came out, many Tornado H920 owners wanted the same features.
Yuneec responded to this request, allowing customers to send in their H920 equipment—i.e., drone, CGO4 camera, and ST-24 remote control—free of charge.
I didn't send mine in, but instead took several of my customers' drones directly to Yuneec.

They modified the drone and the CGO4 camera... they didn't replace them.
They took the ST-24 and replaced it with an ST-16.
Within 24 hours, I was able to pick up all the drones and return them to my customers.

"They modified ............... CGO4 camera..."
If I ever knew they modified the camera, I had forgotten. I just assumed they replaced them. I wonder if that is why I have heard some say the CGo4 for H920Plus has an SR24 and some say it does not. Maybe Yuneec did not always remove it?
I have never had a CGo4 modified or built for H920Plus, so no way of knowing myself.
