controller for another gimbal

I don't like nor intend to use the GoPro camera, so I am looking for another camera and I'll need another gimbal. So, my wondering: will I be able to use the same controller for both drone and gimbal?

I think you can fit a different camera on the gimbal like a Git2. The only other gimbal is would be a combination gimbal+GCO2 or GGO3.

I am looking for a Four Thirds camera instead. A supplier of a gimbal told me he had some doubts if Yuneec controller fits the gimbal or I would need two controllers for both drone and gimbal. Can you tell me?

The only control you need is for the camera to take pics or video and to tilt. Any 3rd party gimbal will probably not work with the ST10 or the ST16 as far as the tilt function. The camera controls would have to be from a different controller.
