Controller GPS not acquired error

Hi all.
I am getting an error when trying to launch saying " Controller GPS is not acquired". Any idea what this means and how to fix it? Thanks!!

Transmitter GPS is located on right top corner. Machine will not operate until GPS is acquired.

Very "first" time it may take the H and the St-16 a bit to get a location fix. Last night on first power up took over 3 Minutes .
This morning on power up was very quick.
Remember last time everything was powered up was in China
