Customer Support?

How many times do I have to leave my number for a call back and not get one? I did this for three days. One time I even stayed on the line and was told my call would be answered in 17 minutes and then a few minutes later it said wait time is 62 minutes.
I am rapidly loosing confidence in Yuneec, if I upgrade from my Breeze, Yuneec might not be a consideration.

For anyone new, say in 2018, use the ‘chat’ button on the Yuneec.com home page. It’s almost instant (ok, within a few minutes) and you are talking to Yuneec tech support.
