The camera can not be initialized. Who can bring to life? The service center in Russia does not know how to restore, it just offers to buy a new one.

No changes nothing. Simply there was a failure of the firmware during the update. I restored the camera board and reloaded it. Here is the result.

If you power cycle the H does the gimbal initialize or just flop around like in the video as though it has no power?

Oh yeah, they are independent systems.

Yup, I've flown mine without the camera. So if you try to rebind the camera, does the ST16 even see it? I saw the lights on the gimbal board so it looks like it has power.
