Struggling to find a lens profile. Leica dont appear to have the camera listed. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Leica never provided any information about the ION L1 at any point from the announcement of the collaboration to the abandonment of the H3.

At one point I thought Yuneec actually had one available for download, but it is not on the Yuneec website nor on the YuneecSkins website.

You may have to shoot a test grid and develop your own profile in Lightroom, Photoshop, or Premiere.
