Downloading firmware issues H520

I have downloaded the firmwear updates for the H520, E90, gimball and the ST24 but I can't open or copy the files to the micro sd card. I have access to both apple and pc and wondered what apps or programmes you use to deal these files.

Any help from UK flyers appreciated as I'm not particularly computer Savvy :/

I haven’t read the manual for this but if it’s done like the H-480 you do not open them, the system handles all the unzipping and opening. If you open those for the 480 they become corrupt to the flight system the moment you do so.

Read the manual. My guess the files are transferred as they were obtained without being opened by the user.

Thank you PatR, I now know 100% more than I did 10 minutes ago. I just need to work out how to copy or move them over to the MicroSD card now

That should be a fairly standard process. Download file from website to computer or direct to SD card inserted in computer. Alternate, download from site to computer, insert SD card in computer, drag and drop to SD card drive folder or open SD card and drag and drop, or copy and paste to the card.
