Basically there are two independent connections:
- 2.4GHz RC control, protocol is ZigBee (SR24 receiver/transmitter)
- 5GHz video connection, protocol is standard WiFi, MK58 or the CGOxx cameras work as WiFi hotspot with DHCP server.
Gimbal is controlled via 2.4GHz ZigBee (tilt, pan). Camera settings are controlled via WiFi with CGI commands.
Those two connections we can see in the bind screen on the STxx. For the ST16 the 2.4Ghz connection is the same as used for Q500 with ST10 (same for all legacy Yuneec drones like Blade Chroma, H920, Q500 and Typhoon H).
The 5GHz Wifi connection depends on the camera. And this is the problem here. ST16 is no more supporting MK58 (see camera type selection).
MK58 is not compatible to the CGOxx cameras, it has a different IP address.

Live stream: rtsp://192.168.42.1/live
MK58/GoPro
Live stream: rtsp://192.168.110.1/cam1/h264
Other cameras too; example:
Lumix/GCO4
Live stream: rtsp://192.168.73.254:8557/PSIA/Streaming/channels/2?videoCodecType=H.264
That means, ST16 will not connect to IP subnet 192.168.110.0 because it didn't "know" this network any more.
I don't know if there is a patch or a trick to add MK58 to the camera list.
