Just a shout out to Yuneec USA customer service.
I sent in my CGO3+ camera and ST16 controller for service on Nov 17. Got an email saying they were received on Nov 23. Got another email on Nov 29, saying they were working on them. Later the same day, I got another email saying they were repaired and shipped, no charge.
They replaced a board in the camera and fans in the controller. Six days in house to fix two different problems is not bad.
 
I've had several contacts with them on the phone and have received great service. They answer the phone promptly and take however much time is needed to solve your problem. I was having a problem with the latest update and Shelton spent about an hour and a half taking me through the complete install. Turned out I was doing it correctly but had 2 bad sd cards. The third card was new and worked. They also helped me with the FAA waiver and install as I live just inside the five mile radius of a small muni airport and couldn't fly at all. Thanks Yuneec USA service. Great job and really nice people.
