GPS Disabled in mid flight

I am in the Pentwater Mi. area this weekend and flew from Mears state park. Flight was fine but GPS on the H went disabled during flight. Not a big deal it still flew well and fortunately there were no high winds, but I never had that happen before. Now today we were in Ludington we went hiking and when we left to go home the GPS on my truck indicated we were IN lake Michigan. just strange.

Could have been a gps blackout...i think it happens some times

A lit of stuff happens with GPS but most ate not in a position to realize it. People using cell phones and automobile GPS are not nearly as sensitive to disturbances as we are. If they're off a few hundred feet, no big deal, right?

KP index was a bit high here in Michigan yesterday. Not sure if that had any input to your issue. Too windy to fly my fixed wing stuff but did fly 2 batteries on my H with no problems.

GPS on the truck was normal today, Im home and will probably fly tomorrow winds will be about 10
