H850 stops in boot process (does not connect)

Hi,

today we flew the H850, landed it, switched it off and 1 minute later on again and the drone does not fully start up.

All the position lights stay off. Only the green power light is on and the fans are spinning. Actually the drone connects to the remote (right upper connection icon is white and shows 2.4GHz, but nothing happens). The drone is not blinking lights and the remote shows no connection.

Any ideas how to fix it or what might be wrong?

Did you shut it down, remove the battery, cycle the power button, then start the boot up again?
