Just a bit of information really guys I was recently experiencing firmware update fails when trying to install the latest firmware onto the craft through the sd card slot on the camera I was on to yuneec uk back and fourth very helpful , and we came to the conclusion that it was a hardware fault and I needede to return the camera to the shop and exhange it, when I was at the shop ,even the new camera would not update. .......took a while to work it out turns out the link 1 file on yuneecs uk website where it's downloaded as a bin. File but in the description it reads (1) next to the file name so the camera was reading this as 1 of another file thinking as it was another file contained on the sd card which in fact there wasnt....solution delate the number 1 from the name boom file downloads onto the camera hope this is of some help guys
