You can install QGC on the ST16 but you need a drone that provides MAVlink messages via WiFi.
Typhoon H does not provide proper MAVlink messages. No way to get this working.

There is very little you can do with the QGroundcontrol if your Typhoon runs its stock firmware. The stock H480 is not compatible with it at all.
