Help testing H+ battery with multimeter

I'm currently using a stock charger to charge my batteries for a H+.
Of course flashing red indicates charging, but then it will flash green and red, would this be an indication it's at 50%?
I would check the individual cells at this point with a voltage meter, however where do I put the leads to check each one?

Negative lead on the left most terminal and the positive on the one to its right. Then move the - to the second terminal and the + to one to its right, and so on for the four cells.

Those red and greens flashes from the stock charger are an indication of cell balancing.
