How do you upload a picture or video?

For some reason, yuneecpilots won't allow me to upload a file to a post.
I have tried, mp4, jpg & dng, but it won't accept any of them.
The mp4 & dng files are greyed out to where I can't select them.
I can select the jpg file, but it tries to upload it and comes up with an error stating that the file was not an image file as expected....

I know this is a long way around to get the job done, but it will work.
On the tabs at the upper right select Media and then Upload.
Create an album for uploading, then upload your file. When you want to add the media to your post select the icon above the looks like a piece of film.

I tried that and I still get the same error as before.
It also won't let my even try to upload dng or mp4 files.
They are greyed out when trying to select a file.
The jpg come up with the error:
This is not an image file as expected.
