How to connect CGO3+ camera to CGO App ?

I am trying to connect CGO3+ camera to CGO App on my Android Galaxy S5 smartphone without succes.
I mean, when scanning for Wi-Fi network of CGO3+ camera , my S5 is not finding CGO3+ camera.

What am I doing wrong ?

You mean to disconnect mobile data and connect only to wifi ? I am doing that and again my S5 is not finding any wifi other than my router.
For example connection to Breeze works without any problems but it is like CGO3+ is not broadcasting while it works fine with ST16
