I have, it takes a bit of time to figure out how they come apart, but I didn't document or take any photos of the Process, it seems to me I have seen a Thread about it here on the forum.
The first major question is how to remove without any damage the silver board around the foot. Further is more or less self-explained. Grips are stuck with tape and so on.

I’ve disassembled one. I’ll do it again and document with photos and put it up tonight.
To disassemble the SteadyGrip you will need a #0 Phillips, #1 Phillips, and a hobby knife.
Start by removing the grips as in the photos below. If the double sided tape sticks to the body instead of the grip you will have to score it along the seam before separating the halves later in the process.
Remove the bottom battery cover.
There are 11 Phillips screws holding the halves together. The #0 Phillips is needed to remove the silver screw highlighted in green at upper right. The #1 Phillips is used to remove the 3 silver screws marked in yellow and the 7 marked in magenta.
Use the #1 Phillips to remove the 3 screws highlighted in cyan to remove the camera mount. The four screws in yellow hold the phone clip in place.
I have stubby fingers so I use an alligator clip to hold the small plastic connector to unplug it without pulling on the wires.
You will have to score the label and the foam pad with the hobby knife along the seam of the two halves, and along the phone clip assembly.

Yes. But the detaching is a little tricky. Need first to slightly pull out the sides and after that press up the nose with some plastic card or a tool from a GSM repair kit. Sides can be pulled with suction caps too. Because I didn't know the nature of the locks, I broke two small teeth around the nose.
The best way is to pull both sides and detach the nose clip.

I suspect it is a MOSFET.
